We are now reading Tangerine by Edward Bloor; I think you will enjoy it, and you may also read it in class for your S.S.R. time. You may also make up any reading time from last week.

For extra credit you may participate in the "Box of Love" project. It is a Canning Hunger project that provides holiday dinners to needy families throughout the Los Angeles area during the holiday season. See me to sign up to bring something for our class box.

As always we have a very busy week ahead. Did you get Tangerine? Forty vocabulary cards are due Wednesday if you are doing the extra credit vocabulary cards, that is Unit 1 and 2. Do not forget if you need help or have questions I am here at 7 am.

Because of the library orientation for freshmen our schedule has been and will be adjusted on Wednesday and Thursday.
