Having the right expectations going into anything is half the battle. John C. Norcross, a clinical psychologist, has studied people and their goals, and he has found a characteristic that distinguishes those who reach their goals from those who do not:EXPECTATIONS. I hope you expect to pass this class; if you are not passing right now you need to see me to find out what you can do to raise your grade. Have you bought Tangerine?
